Horner Residence

The Horner family’s tiny kitchen and basement needed a change and they contacted us to see if we could turn their architect’s plans for them into a reality. The plans involved building a multi-use addition over a full basement, as well as convenient stair access to it.

We completed the addition and next removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room, and expanded the kitchen into the addition. The remainder of the addition was converted into a Den/TV room with vaulted ceilings to let in more light. Lastly, we built a new deck behind the addition to incorporate a more convenient rear entry and access to their garage.
